Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with applicable state law, a membership agreement may be cancelled before midnight of the third (3rd) full business day after the agreement is signed. Upon receipt of proper notice of cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded within thirty (30) days.

2. Cancellations Due to Special Circumstances

A membership may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

  • Death of the member

  • Total physical disability for the duration of the contract

  • Permanent discontinuance of club operations

  • Relocation of the facility more than five (5) miles from its original location

In these cases, Indiana Fitness Club may retain the portion of the contract price representing services already used, plus reasonable expenses, as permitted by law. Reasonable documentation may be required.

3. Paid-in-Full Memberships

Paid-in-full memberships are offered at a discounted rate based on the full term selected. If a paid-in-full membership is voluntarily canceled prior to the end of the term (outside of the circumstances listed above), the membership will be retroactively adjusted to the applicable standard rate for the number of months used. Any refund issued will reflect this adjustment. A full refund is not guaranteed.

4. Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships remain active and are billed according to the terms of the membership agreement until properly cancelled in accordance with club policies.

5. Products, Retail Sales, and Packages

All product purchases, including but not limited to supplements, apparel, merchandise, training packages, and service add-ons, are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided on product or package purchases.

6. General Policy

Except as otherwise required by law or expressly stated in this policy, all membership sales are final. Refunds are issued only in accordance with the terms outlined above.
